Powell Dobson Urbanists where commissioned within a team of consultants who worked alongside the Client Team and other project partners, notably The Works Project Team and the local community, to provide expertise in urban design and masterplanning. The Sustainable Regeneration Framework for Ebbw Vale sets out a shared vision for the future of the town over the next 15 years. The study will provide a framework to support sustainable regeneration of the town and its communities and will help to deliver positive outcomes to improve the lives of local people.
