Planning consultancy
The planning team offers advice in statutory planning that complements both the core business areas of the Urbanists as well as the Architects. The team regularly works alongside the architectural side of Powell Dobson to offer insight into the continually changing legislative framework of the UK planning system. In addition the team is regularly required to co-ordinate specialist environmental surveys for ecology; archaeology; landscape; transport; and infrastructure, which are commonly required to support major planning applications for development.
