Providing solutions that are supported by the wider community is one of the most challenging tasks we face. Understanding that a place is both a physical and social entity is an essential starting point in this process. We have developed a number of communication and consultation methods that are designed to engage with people and provide them with the confidence to interact with the built environment. We have recently used these methods to assist a number of not for profit organisations to interact better with the people they are seeking to represent.
