Recent Commissions
Powell Dobson Urbanists have been successful in securing several recent commissions including:-
- Being re appointed on the WAG framework for the next four years as Regeneration, Masterplanning and Community Engagement Consultants
- Marlas Community Design Training to produce and work through a programme of training with local residents for Bridgend County Borough Council and V2C
- Three estates in Aberystwyth, Lampeter and Talybont to produce areas of development for Tai Ceredigion
- Chepstow riverfront to produce a masterplan for 450 new homes, including commercial, office and A3 uses for Fairfield Mabey Limited
