Recent Commissions



Powell Dobson Urbanists have been successful in securing several recent commissions. These include:

- Rheola Estate to produce a masterplan for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

- Bridgend Town Centre to produce a masterplan for Bridgend County Borough Council.

- Maesteg to produce Phase IV Public Realm Study for Bridgend County Borough Council.

- Windsor Colliery to assist with planning consent for United Welsh Housing Association.

- Maindy Road Campus to produce a masterplan and submit a planning application for a new 60,000sqm research campus for Cardiff University. A planning application was submitted in December 2009 with a decision expected in the spring of 2010.

The Maindy Road Campus outline planning application was submitted  in December 09 for 60,000m2 of research space; decision expected in the Spring.
