Work has been completed on Phase 1 of the Clifton Street Improvement Scheme in Cardiff. The Urbanists were appointed by the Welsh Assembly Government to produce detailed guidelines for the building enhancement and shop front renewal elements of the scheme. (See previous news November 2008).

The completion of Phase 1 has set the tone for further building improvements throughout Clifton Street.
