Michelle Tuck

Michelle has extensive management experience and utilises this to ensure that our business runs smoothly and our clients receive an efficient and professional service. Michelle is currently implementing our New Quality Management System, so that we can achieve IS9001:1998 accreditation, and continue to improve the quality of service we provide. Michelle is currently in the process of working towards FCIPD approval, which once attained will mark out her ability to manage all aspects of our business development.

What is your favourite place & why?

The beautiful region of Puglia, Italy. It is just full of amazing architecture, history, unspoiled coastline and the most amazing food and wine!

What interests you outside of work?

My allotment space and the enjoyment and knowledge my children are gaining from it too. I also enjoy  baking, cooking, reading cookery books and visiting kitchen shops!

What place do you most want to visit in the next ten years?

Inspired by food and culture, I would embark on a culinary journey through the Spanish regions of Andalucía; Galicia; Asturias; Gijon; Basque; Rioja (of course!);Navarra; Catalonia; Lleida; Valencia; Sueca; La Mancha; Guadalupe; Seville; Extremadura; and, Granada.
