What do you think makes a successful place 'work'?

When a place brings a sense of identity to the community and encourages interaction between users.

What is favourite place & why:

Galicia in the northwest of Spain – it has beautiful unspoiled coastline and rich gastronomy.

What interests you outside of work?

As the founder and captain of the Urbanists FC and supporter of Barcelona – the best football team in history – football is a big interest.

What activity do you most want to undertake in the next ten years?

If I don't freeze myself I would like to learn how to kite surf in the refreshing Welsh sea.

What is the scariest task you have undertaken?

Paragliding in Nepal on the Annapurna Range – an amazing view, but very unnerving!
