Jen joined Powell Dobson Urbanists as an urban designer in 2006. Jen has an interest in urban design at all scales and how places should be designed to respond to their setting and the needs of the local people. Jen has gained a range of experience on various urban design and masterplanning projects including public realm improvement schemes, residential masterplans, regeneration strategies and community improvement plans. Jen has also undertaken a range of public and stakeholder consultations and has gained project management experience.  In January 2010 Jen was promoted to the position of Senior Urban Designer.
