Mark Farrar is a Chartered Town Planner who has more than eight years experience of working in the public and private sectors of the profession. He joined Powell Dobson Urbanists in 2005 after 4 years as a Principal Planner with RPS in Cardiff and several development control positions with both Cardiff County Council and Rhondda Cynon Taff Council.

Mark believes in maintaining a close working relationship with his clients, often advising on a development project from inception through to implementation and often during post development phases. This continuity is essential to the smooth delivery of any project.

Mark has broad experience of development control; negotiating consents, planning conditions and Section 106 agreements, but he also has extensive experience of coordinating and managing multidisciplinary project teams in the preparation of feasibility studies, environmental assessments and regeneration studies.
