Our ethos

We understand that solutions to complex problems need to be designed to respond to the unique nature of a place and the distinctive needs of the people who live and work there: our ethos is based upon taking time to understand our clients' needs, aims, and budget, and merging these with the distinctive characteristics of the place that we are helping to change.

Pragmatic design is at the heart of everything we do and we recognise that delivering this is based on our ability to collaborate and develop lasting professional relationships. We transfer our enthusiasm and knowledge of the built environment to our clients, so that the end product is of the highest quality, well thought through and deliverable.

History

We were established in 2005 to work alongside Powell Dobson Architects and provide expert services in planning, regeneration and urban design. In this time we have successfully delivered over 300 projects for our clients; expanded our expertise to include landscape design; and, developed a reputation for incorporating the highest standard of public consultation and engagement into all of our services. We are now established as the premier design-led built environment consultancy in Wales.
